Erzincan, Eksisu

Here you will find snapshots of my interesting journey in Erzincan Eksisu.

This was one of my favourite places to visit which is in Turkey, Erzincan. It’s a small and comforting area to stop by and enjoy your time with friends or family or both even. The decorations, the ducks and the welcoming atmosphere personally drew me in the most. I had an extraordinary time whilst being there – I can’t wait to go again.
The ducks were very attracted to where we sat. I especially like this photo because it creates a sense of leading lines as the ducks are swimming in lines and in sync with one another.
Being a typical Turkish/British person – I absolutely love tea, especially if it’s Turkish tea because alongside the fact that its good for your health, its also very calming too. The tea plates are a classic example of Ottoman tea plate which is a common thing to find in many Turkish restaurants and houses as they are very popular in our time today just as much as they were during the Ottoman empire in the early 20th Centuries.
The view was absolutely mesmerising as there was so much to look at: from children to animals, butterflies to lakes, go karting to ice cream. There was so much to do and so much to take images of but unfortunetly time wasn’t enough to explore everywhere – all down for my next journey.

Istanbul, Bakirkoy/Kadikoy

Here you will find samples of the photographs I’ve taken in Istanbul as soon as I left the airport and at my hotel.

I took the shot after we left Ataturk Airport in Istanbul when we were headed to our booked hotel. The bright nightlights and the busy roads instantly caught my attention as they framed the beauty of the mosque and lined buildings besides it – so my first instinct was to take a photograph.
This image was taken towards 4pm when the sun had started to set. It’s the view from my hotel window in Istanbul, Kadikoy.
This I took also Istanbul, Kadikoy town in the beautiful morning weather It was around 11am when I was out for a walk around my hotel when I found this mosque. It looked so strong and rich as swarms of people entered and exitted to do their prayers
